Hello, My name is David Sereda. I am a well-known Space Science Researcher and UFOlogist. This year I will have spoken to over 100 million people through radio and TV appearances. Because of cetain research I have done into NASA Space Shuttle UFO phenomena, millions of Americans believe NASA is hiding evidence of UFOs appearing on such missions. There is now testimony that NASA has been retouching photographs with UFO in them (deleting UFOs). Gary McKinnon, the British Computer Hacker, testifies to this also.
NASA anticipated contact with Extraterestrials when it first set out to journey into space (See the Space Act and the Brooking study 1958). If contact has been made, and the American public has been deceived, NASA may have made the greatest mistake ever for a public agency.
I would like to go on the space shuttle and the ISS to conduct studies of UFO phenomenon using special cameras sensitive to visible, infrared and UV to search for UFO activity. I would like to report my findings to the American people.
I am now collecting a petition of signatures of citizens who want me to fly on the NASA space shuttle in space to search for ET craft.

But did you notice just as the object are coming into few before they make their left turn in upper left corner of Nasa Video that the CAMERA must be reloacting because the earth is seen spinning fast to right. Your statement: “NASA may have made the greatest mistake ever for a public agency” assumes that NASA is the entity responsible for the deceit you describe. That assumption is dwarfed by the one that assumes that any relevant findings would be allowed to be reported to the American people. Indeed, any scientific findings that would cause social disturbance must first be reported to NSA. As an aside, there is out on the market a new 10 megapixal camera able to see into the near UV. As an alternative, how about coordinating a team of land based observers that would keep 24 hour watch with cameras at the ready?

David, we just watched your "NASA" tape and were transfixed. My mom told me years ago that a relative of ours is a physicist whose job with a large government agency requires him to sit and "track" things in space. He has told her for years about objects traveling very fast through space that make 90 degree turns and all sorts of other odd things. However, my question is about those large "disks," could they be actual life forms, instead of ufo's? Almost like a type of "space fish" just gliding through space? Its just that there were SO MANY of them?
Russia is offering space flight for around 10,000 dollars, to the general public.
if that were ever to happen, i wish you good luck, and may you bring final proof of non-terrestrial craft visiting our Earth so we all are spared of the skeptics jibberish nonsense.

Mr. Sereda, I have signed your petition and forwarded it. I think that your research along with many others into the UFO phenomena is important and scientifically valid. Thank you for all that you do. I believe that the weight of evidence for the existence of UFOs is enormous, and that the opposition that you encounter is fueled by arrogance and fear. I believe that in these days the hard core skeptics and debunkers sound crazier than the media-created stereotype UFO "crazy person" because they defiantly refuse to acknowledge legitamate scientific evidence and then they concoct outlandish theories that are obviously false to discredit the evidence. I think it would be interesting to see two or more cameras recording side by side- UV, Infared and a full color high definition camera. Have you seen the video of a UFO hovering over Mexico where the camera operator had an infared and a normal camera recording[I think his name was avilla?] and there was a UFO visible in the infared image and not in the normal image? The STS-75 tether videos are remarkable scenes and convey a powerful impression of large, distant circular unknowns. The video is visually striking.
What possible prosaic explanations are there?
While any serious analysis of what these scenes really show should require knowledge of the operating characteristics of the camera and of the illumination environment of these scenes, none of these steps appear to have been taken in previously published versions. There's still misinformation about whether the camera was a CCD or vidicon (it was a vidicon, with an image intensifier circuit). There's still confusion over the timing of the scenes of the "swarm" (it's advertised as having occurred immediately after the tether break, but actually it occurred three days later) and the illumination (the tether image is said to be self-luminous, but it's actually sunlit near sunset).
But even without technical analysis of these features, the video itself contains internal features which can help assess what is actually "seen" on it. Also, there are video scenes NOT broadcast, but known to be in the possession of producers of these shows, that also can cast a truer light on the events.
Two features stand out for appraisal: the thickness of the tether image, and the notched circles which cross the field-of-view (FOV). In both cases, we can assess the question of whether these are REAL objects or are camera artifacts, based solely on the scenes broadcast.
The tether thickness must be an illusion, because the tether itself is less than a centimeter in diameter. Yet on the scenes of the free-flying tether, its full 20-kilometer length is matched by a scaled width, in angular terms (or in pixels), on the order of hundreds of meters. At the tether range (140-180 km), a pixel is only about 100-meters across, so an image several hundred meters in size has "spilled over" several pixels (five or so) beyond the actual pixels illuminated directly by the bright reflecting tether.
This effect is evident when the camera zooms in on the tether. Although the length increases by a factor of two, the width remains the same. On other scenes, not shown in these broadcasts, the tether length varies even more, by a factor of ten. The tether image width does not vary at all. This is clear indication that the "width" is a false artifact of the camera optics.
The true visual nature of the tether can be determined from observations made around the world at the time of the break, Feb-March 1996. See the "see-sat" archives for messages from that time period. I personally also witnessed the tether, sunlit and NOT self-illuminated (one sequence in front of my eyes involved it actually climbing out of Earth's shadow and becoming pink, then white along its length).
Other videos from shuttle transmissions -- bright cities, lightning bursts, even stars -- show another ordinary feature of the camera system. It "dims out" the center of bright images. This creates "do-nut stars" and bright rims around ground lights on the dark side of Earth. On water dumps, brighter ice particles also exhibit the "hollow center" optical effect. It does the same with the shuttle image, creating a dim centerline on the bright pseudo-image. This is self-evidently a feature of the camera optics, not a visual feature of the observed objects. In one scene I recall watching, a dot moved across a bright city at night, and the dot disappeared as it transitted the dark core of the city lights -- not burrowing UNDER the city, obviously, but its own light being lost in the glare of the city itself.
The prosaic explanation of the impression of moving "behind" a phantom "fat tether" is that the dots -- of whatever nature -- crossed the FOV until they merged with the tether image. That image was ALREADY so bright the local pixels had defaulted to "overbright protect" dimming. The addition of the brightness of the dots made no difference, the center of the visual field was still dimmed out. The crossing dot APPEARED to vanish, presumably (but incorrectly) due to physical occultation. Some observers even describe the illusion of a shadow being cast by the tether image on the disks -- a physical impossibility given the tether's actual physical thickness.
Now, the notched circles -- these are very unusual images, not common on other shuttle videos. But a careful analysis of the many cases of notched circles crossing the STS-75 screen shows a tell-tale pattern: the position of the notch clocked around the rim is a direct function of the position of the circle on the FOV. As a circle moves, at different points on the FOV, the notch is in different positions. But as the circle moves across the screen, it repeats the notch position of circles that had previously been at the new position it reaches.
Map this out, and you can see this consistent pattern. So, if the notch position is a function of the position on the FOV, we are talking about a camera-related factor here, an artifact of the optical system, and not a "REAL" image of some object.
Other video scenes , known to be in the possession of some researchers but not included in the released productions, show these notched circles independent of the tether. One sequence shows a pattern of notched circles crossing the FOV, then a camera refocus activity that results in -- a star field.
The hypothesis that the notched circles are out-of-focus point sources -- either star fields when the camera is focused close, or nearby debris when the camera is focused to infinity -- is further supported by the f-stop state of the camera system. Typically, these famous shuttle scenes of moving dots occur only under very specific and rare lighting conditions. A B&W CCTV is viewing the dark earth (usually monitoring for lightning bursts), set to infinity with f-stop fully open. I am advised by camera experts that this reduces the depth of field and leads to nearby small objects being out of focus at ranges of several meters, even as great as 5-8 meters.
Since the STS-75 flight records show that the famous "swarm/tether" scene was made three days after the tether break (and not immediately afterwards, as many viewers were led to misconstrue), then it is possible that the shuttle crew had returned to normal shuttle operations. And indeed they had. A check (by me) of shuttle crew activities show that the "swarm/tether" scene was proceded a few hours earlier by a routine water dump, a process that is known to create clouds of debris particles, many of which linger around the shuttle for several hours before drifting off.
Understanding the phenomenon which created these STS-75 scenes thus requires an appreciation of what was really going on, and when, on this flight, as well as a knowledge of similar scenes which arguably had similar causes. It requires technical knowledge of the hardware, its operating characteristics and limitations, and the illumination situation of the scenes. It would be helped by explanatory narratives from the actual eyewitnesses, the astronauts aboard the shuttle and the flight controllers in Mission Control in Houston.
Sadly, that information is not present in the produced/released videos which have been seen to date. Consequently, viewers can be expected to jump to erroneous conclusions regarding the nature of these videos, based on the pre-selected data shown them versus the data withheld from them.
Other issues remain with the interpretation of the scene as showing genuine kilometers-wide circles in space near the shuttle. Such hypothesized objects would be on the same angular size and brightness of a full moon as viewed from Earth's surface. It is not a matter of a handful of amateur astronomers viewing and not seeing such immensely impressive apparitions -- these are images which would have been visible in the daytime sky to anybody on Earth, on the ground or on ships or in aircraft, along the track of the shuttle (they would also have been visible in satellite imagery, including weather satellite views). Not a single report of fast-moving moon-like circles in the sky has been found from anywhere on Earth during this period when the videos were showing the images that have been thus interpreted. The mandatory deduction from this is that such objects never existed.

My name is Randall and I am 40 years old. Within the past month I recently became very interested in the UFO phenomenon thanks to the HISTORY CHANNEL (I love that channel). So, of course I've seen your work all over the internet and I have have to say I am impressed by your theories.
I don't know anything about physics or space or weather patterns that much. The truth is I barely made it out of high school with a c, d average. However, after viewing your Galaxy Clock theory something caught my attention when I saw a preview of a show that's going to air on the History Channel with that Josh guy on the topic of weather.
Have you ever thought about looking into hurricanes as part of your research on your Galaxy Clock theory? They seem to have the same characteristics from what I can see in pictures. And we all know how powerful they are from our history. Also, maybe hurricanes aren't random weather patterns. I know in some footage from NASA shows what appears to be UFOs gathering around storms on earth. Just a thought. I could be totally off by a long shot too.

For some reason I keep thinking about hurricanes having a connection with UFOs and your galaxy clock theory. I've ran the idea around and around in my brain all day and now I have some questions.
1. It's my understanding that most hurricanes begin out over the ocean and usually hit land somewhere in the southern most regions of USA. North and South Carolina all the way around Florida and up to Texas and maybe some areas of Mexico.
(Q)Are those areas I described where most of the cluster type UFO sightings occurred?

i have been interested in thise fenomena for many years as i have encounter thise crafts close up 3 times and have been able to study the structures of them.
my first encounter was when i was only about 8 years old, and it was and scarry and beautiful experience.
the last i saw in close range i was about 19 years old and by close range it like about 150ft in range. it was then also an scary experience but i was weary courious and got som got detaild look at it.

hi david first of you're somewhat ta varen and in this case i believe your' partition should be signed and you should have the resources to undergo a investigation on UFO's. Not only because of how obviously important it is. But how we specifically need help right now with global warming. Secondly after hearing a recording of you giving an interview on a radio station i went to bed and drifted in a wierd conciouseness - i was awake but i was in exstacy and my body felt like it was all churning into light and my body felt light as my pulse and heart almost throbed at my body i felt i was even becoming singularity. I kept thinking how good and evil are the most extreme and original form of duality and i kept repeating, good and bad deeds have neutral ground - happyness. And the one form of general singularity was we all want happyness and i remember repeating in my head as i had a whole body explosion of immensely pleasurable feelings "follow your road to happyness and when confronted by a herdle - compramise" I understood how and why bad - are bad and good are good and i felt as one with all. But the "pleasure fit" was scaring me it came so sudden and was sooo overwelming (i tried not to) but in the end i openend my eyes and forced my limbs to move because i was scared of almost obliterating into nothing (or as you may say extremely high olsalation) i tried and failed to get back to that state. Apart from that i give my full support and would like to say that not only the american people are behind you but people around the planet.

Now this video generally shows all these things in slow motion - but one consitency is an old man appearing to die under a fruit tree (tree of life link?) then at the end is goes back to a boy eating a fruit from the tree (preverbial fall from eden - start of duality) and then it rewinds to his christaning. Im linking the song to the 2012 predictions and singularity as the're telling us to return to innocence - singularity? and their lyrics "this is not the beggining of the end, it's the return to paradise" Perhaps here it's linking to the 2012 event saying infact its not the end its a step toward singularity. I did my own research and found perhaps the ideo of the 2012 video i produced before will be possible by entering The Pineal Gland. Anyway my last point is the song is very nice on the ears for different people form all types of walks of life perhaps Enigma themselves where in contact with ET's or perhaps ther'e convaying their own views in the song - sorry to contact u on here i dno how else.

All of your work I have seen and read has been exceptional. Keep up the good work. I will send in my name for the petition. I hope you get there one way or the other and make it back safe with major supporting evidence for all your UFO claims. I have become very interested in this study of UFO phenomenon, crop circles, spirituality, hyper dimensions, etc. I will be looking at purchasing a new camera to start the search myself and the more people that do this and put the info on the Internet may be just as effective as trying to get to space.

Have you looked at the ( Crop Circle Ship) information, and have you any comment on this information?
I find it interesting and have seen some similarity with your ideas.
Could you look into this information when you have the time and if it supports any of your ideas or give you new ideas?
I would like to see you maybe make a presentation on these theories, along the lines of some of our previous work. I am not a physicist but understand the ideas, the same as the gravity clock info, the ideas are compelling and make a lot of sense.
I am also in agreement with one of the other people on here that it might be better to go private, maybe a satellite or something like that. It would be a tremendous shame to lose you and your expertise in this subject matter and we all I hope would like to see you return and continue. David I don't think you need to be an astronaut on any NASA ship to look for aliens, they already showed you they can find you if they want to and they didn't want to land. Hello David, I think you may want to talk to me about my sighting.I have already been a fan of yours since I have seen ( Evidence :the case for nasa ufos ) (on dvd).I have seen a UFO and recorded it with hi-def resolution but with low light situation.I have gone frame by frame and brought out the detail and found out that I have a very high detail of a ufo with lights emitting a pulse beam from center top revealing the mechanics of the ship in operation like x-rays showing the metallic parts as thoe they were highly advanced gear systems balancing the ship as it was flying at a 45 degree angle in circles around the city.The technology of this craft is so far advance it is obviously not from anywhere near here!!!
